MICR evaluation service includes:

1. Visual examination of MICR characters; character stroke width, character size, character spacing analyses.
2. Signal level examination using waveform analyzer.

Reader Sorter stress test includes:

1. Pre evaluation of MICR documents includes, visual examination and signal
   level examination using a waveform analyzer.
2. 2500 documents passed through a 3890 at 20 passes to determine toner adherence to paper.
3. After reader sorter stress test, d-string report from 3890 is examined along with visual examination of documents to determine at what pass documents rejected and what was the cause of the reject along with overall reject rate.
